Terms and conditions
This is a draft version. The terms and conditions will be established before the start of the paid service.
1. Who are we?
batpas.eu is a service of Point2Create BV, KvK 63324547. These terms and conditions apply to any use of the website and the service.
2. What we provide — and what we don't
We provide general information about the regulations that this platform addresses, with references to the official text. This is explicitly not legal advice: no advisory relationship is established, we do not assess your situation and we give no guarantee that you will comply with the regulation using our information.
You make decisions about your own compliance yourself, if necessary with a lawyer or in consultation with the competent supervisory authority.
3. Due diligence and errors
We strive to present information accurately, up to date and with source attribution, and we review every text before publication. However, legislation and its interpretation change; completeness or accuracy cannot therefore be guaranteed. If you spot an error, please report it — we will update the text or take it offline.
4. Subscription and payment
The subscription runs per month or per year and is terminable at the end of the term. All prices are exclusive of VAT. For business customers outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT identification number, VAT is reversed.
5. Use of content
The texts on this platform are protected by copyright. Automated and large-scale scraping or commercial reuse is not permitted without written consent. The underlying legislation is public and remains freely accessible via EUR-Lex.
6. Liability
We are not liable for damage arising from decisions you make based on the information, nor for indirect damage or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for intent or recklessness.
7. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. If you have a complaint, please let us know first via office@batpas.eu; if we cannot resolve it together, you can turn to the competent Dutch court.
