The product passport for batteries — one subscription, no hidden extras
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Business customers outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT identification number pay 0% (VAT reverse charged).
Why a subscription and not a one-time report?
Because the regulation does not stand still. It is being phased in until 2027, implementing acts and guidelines are being added, and supervisory authorities are stating what they expect in practice. A report you buy today will be incorrect on certain points in six months — and you won't notice, because a report does not say when it was retrieved.
We follow those sources every week and tell you when something changes that affects your situation. Not everything that happens in Brussels: only what affects the subjects applicable to your business. That is what you are paying for, and it is the only thing that a one-time purchase cannot provide.

Your subscription includes 25 passports. If you need more, the tier in which your number falls applies. Passports are invoiced per year; the same rates apply upon renewal.

If you grow to a higher tier within a year, you only pay the difference — not twice.
From one product group to everything
If you start with one product group and later switch to prodpas.eu, you only pay the difference in entry fee: € 250.00. The passports you have already paid for carry over — you paid for them, so they remain yours.

The source references are deliberately on the free side. A platform that says information should be traceable cannot put traceability behind a paywall.
